Get fully personalized coaching tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Our private sessions are perfect for busy professionals, first time gym goers, or anybody looking for real coaching, with real results, within a supportive community.
StrongHer
This is a Women’s Small Group PT committed to building strength and confidence. You will be surrounded by a community of empowering and supportive women, that will help keep you accountable in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindset and recovery. This group will have two sessions a week and an accountability and coaching group to help you get the results you want, the strength you wish for, and the confidence you deserve. You gain access to it as part of the small group personal training membership.
Small Group Training
Our small group personal training was built so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and performance. The small group PT sessions will focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. The groups have between 6-12 people with coaches designing structured and adaptable monthly programs (we adjust to the person) as well as making sure every part of the training is safe, effective, fun and challenging so you never get bored – at the same time gaining strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.
Team Training
Our Team Training Sessions are designed for maximum fat loss and improve conditioning while building lean muscle and keeping your joints healthy and pain free. Your journey starts with an intro session where we find the right starting point so you can train confidently, steadily progress, and avoid injury. We believe that anyone can make you tired, but not everyone can make you better. In other words, we’re here to build you up, not break you down!
